At Omega Roleplay, our mission is to foster a dynamic, immersive, and respectful roleplaying community that emphasizes realism, creativity, and collaboration. We aim to provide a structured yet engaging environment where players can explore diverse scenarios—from civilian life to emergency services—while upholding integrity, fairness, and strong community values. Our goal is to deliver high-quality, story-driven experiences that promote personal growth, teamwork, and long-lasting enjoyment for all members.

Section 2: Command Structure

Omega Roleplay operates under four key divisions that ensure efficient and organized gameplay:

  1. Board of Directors (BOD)

  2. Staff Team

  3. Department Commissioners

  4. Civilian Operations

2.1 Rank Structure

Board of Directors (BOD)

The BOD is the highest authority within Omega Roleplay. They oversee the server's overall operation, ensure community standards are maintained, and are the only individuals authorized to issue bans. Bans are considered a last resort and only occur after the Strike System has been followed.

  • BOD members are not permitted to be listed on any departmental rosters.

  • They may assist with department roleplay but must not hold any departmental rank.

  • The BOD office is located at the N.O.O.S.E HQ, and all in-person meetings require an appointment.

  • The BOD can stop any roleplay scenario if it violates server rules.

Staff Team

The Staff Team is the second-highest authority and supports daily server operations.

  • Staff members initiate the Strike System process.

  • Staff may be part of departments but cannot hold any command positions.

  • They must be ready to switch to staff duties when needed.

  • Staff offices are also located at the N.O.O.S.E HQ, and meetings must be scheduled.

  • Staff can intervene in roleplay scenarios if server rules are being broken.

Commissioners (Comm.)

Commissioners are the highest-ranking members within their respective departments.

  • They do not have administrative powers in-game or on Discord.

  • They serve as liaisons between departments and the Staff/BOD.

  • Commissioners must be active and proactive in leading their departments.

  • All department decisions must be approved by the Commissioner.

Civilian Operations (CO.)

Civilian Operations are managed by staff members and are responsible for assisting non-departmental players.
