8. CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch)
8.1 Civilian

After you have the cad downloaded or are in game make sure that you go to the civilian tab and fill out the information. This should be done with every character you have.
8.1 Dispatching tab

Click on the Dispatch tab

You will see on the left active units, unit groups, 911 Calls to the right you will see new dispatch area and active calls and call history

The active units are units that are 10-8 in the cad

Unit groups are units that are assigned in to groups

911 calls are for any in game /911 call and fire calls

New dispatch area is an area for you to make calls as they come in either by phone or by a first responder

Active calls are for all active calls until they are closed

Call history is for any past calls
8.2 New Dispatches

All new dispatches must have the following

Priority of the call

Postal

Call title (what the call is)

Code (what code do the units need to respond)

Who is the primary unit

And call description

Under notes anyone responding, on scene, or needs any request must be put in here this should be done as the example below shows but does not have to be the same as long as it shows the same information
